Meet Your Giving Ground Herbal Guide and Teacher

Pam has worked with herbs on her Finnish homestead for 30 years. She is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Food and Nutrition and Communications. She is certified as an Herbalist by The American Herbal Institute, and apprenticed under Teresa Wolfe, Eco-Herbalist, BS, Microbiology; MS, Food Science and Nutrition.

Pam has taught in primary and secondary schools in Minnesota, in the Republic of Turkey and at the Minnesota Environmental Learning Center.

She has written and photographed for state and
national magazines and books, had a newspaper column for years on communities and the natural world and has transplanted seedlings for Anderson's Greenhouse on Minnesota's North Shore every spring for over a decade.
