1. Acute problems such as bacterial, viral and fungal/yeast infections

2. Chronic conditions such as allergies, bronchitis and asthma

3. Relief of such symptomatic presentations as peri-menopausal discomfort and chronic pain.

This workshop will also help you become familiar with wild plants used for:

1. First aid in remote recreational areas

2. Nutritional support for chronic illnesses

Workshop Tasks include:

1. De-mystifying herbal medicines

2. Hands-on study of medicinal plants used extensively in western Europe

3. Cell biology and chemistry of herbal medicines

4. Discussion of dietary factors which affect blood pH

5. Clinical trial references

6. Caveats and interactions with allopathic medicines
